The case involves a series of patent dispute cases between LIYUAN?Rectifier Equipment Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Injet Electric Co., Ltd..?Sichuan Injet sold "power assembly structure" and "water-cooled high-frequency transformers" and other infringing products?through China without the permission by the patentee LIYUAN?Rectifier, and form a fierce competitive relationship?against LIYUAN?Rectifier.
Sunshine IP?assisted LIYUAN Rectifier in planning?patent infringement dispute administrative mediation procedures and?discovery planning, and started two petitions on two patents in Qinghai and Henan by the end of September of 2016. In early February of 2017, the intellectual property offices of Henan and Qinghai made decisions on the administrative sanction of establishing Sichuan Injet?infringing?on the accused patent dispute cases.
